Ennio Valentino Picucci is a Research Associate in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) at the Centre for Non-Traditional Security (NTS) Studies of S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
He holds a Double-Degree Master of Science in Public Policy and Human Development with the Specialization in Risk & Vulnerability from the United Nations University (UNU-MERIT) and Maastricht Graduate School of Governance (MGSoG) in Maastricht, The Netherlands.
He acquired work experience in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief in India and at the Swiss Federal Office for Civil Protection (FOCP) in Switzerland. His research interests and experience are in the effective coordination of humanitarian affairs, risk and vulnerability analysis and disaster management strategy building and governance.
